As a Founders Associate (Executive Assistant to the Founders), you will work directly with the leadership team of Picea Biosolutions and gain exposure to all areas of a growing biotechnology company. You will support strategic decision making, coordinate cross functional projects, and take ownership of operational topics in the day to day business.
Working at the intersection of science, business development, operations, and company building, this role offers the opportunity to take on responsibility early, drive your own initiatives, and actively contribute to the growth and development of Picea.

Role responsibility
- Contribute to strategic, operational, and organizational topics of the management team
- Coordinate and track cross functional projects and internal initiatives
- Prepare decision making materials, presentations, analyses, and other supporting documents
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of new business and development projects
- Take ownership of defined areas of responsibility and independently manage ongoing topics
- Structure, document, and continuously improve internal processes and workflows
- Support administrative, organizational, and operational activities across the business
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, preferably in a scientific, technical, or business related field
- Alternatively, relevant professional experience in project management, operations, administration, or comparable roles
- Structured, independent, and pragmatic way of working
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and discretion
- Ability to coordinate multiple topics in parallel and set priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with a wide range of stakeholders
- Interest in technology, innovation, and the development of a growing company
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
